Worst experience
I brought my daughter in because she spiked a 105 fever. Dr. Ferris was not friendly and did not exude the type of gentle bedside manner that is expected of a pediatrician. She did not speak nicely to me or my 4 year old daughter. She completely dismissed my feelings/thoughts about and instead had COVID-tunnel vision and wouldn’t even consider that it could be a random other virus even though I’d tested her at home and it was negative. When I asked questions she was rude and condescending. She went on and on about quarantining etc before we even got the test back because “we were going to consider it COVID.” The second test came back negative the following day. She was neither warm nor understanding of my feelings as a mom and because she basically refused to believe it could be anything but COVID we left without any sort of diagnosis.
