Dr Ortiz and her staff have taken great care of me. Explained each step in the process very thoroughly and answered any questions I had. This was my first experience with an Allergist and Immunotherapy and I am very pleased. I am into my shot series and feel very comfortable. Great people to help me. I would recommend them to anybody.

I had two visits with Dr. Ortiz one being virtual and one face-to-face. She is outstanding and I will tell you for the virtual visit she took the time and I never once felt rushed I believe the virtual visit was better than most face-to-face other doctor visits! Highly recommend

5 stars? NEED more stars! Dr. Ortiz is a real professional. The good doctor was professional and patient during the tele-appointment, and she was great to visit. Besides Dr. Ortiz being fantastic, her staff is right up there with her as far as being terrific. Highly recommended from this guy.

I had a follow up. Dr. Ortiz is always ready to address any concerns I have she is very thorough and actively listens. We had a virtual appointment and it went so smooth for someone who is not tech savvy.

Such a great staff, very polite and pleasant. They Even tried to make accommodations for me to be seen even tho I was late to my appointment. And Dr Ortiz was extremely thorough and patient . She was very polite, a good listener, and answered all my questions... and she did not try to rush me off even tho I was late. I could tell she really was passionate about her profession and one aspect of that was my concerns about any possible allergies. I would highly recommend Dr. Ortiz.
