I saw Dr Placzek approx 1 year ago, I’ve been experiencing hand pain numbness tingling, carpal tunnel syndrome. I had previous emg’s say it was mild. I was referred to him. He gave me another emg and said I did not have carpal tunnel. I also had snapped tendon in my rt finger. The dismissive way I was treated made me feel I was crazy. He blamed my pain on arthritis & coming from my lupus or fibromyalgia. It took a year but I saw another doctor who indeed found I had CPT( really horrible ) & arthritis in both thumbs. I had the left hand done. I lost the bone in my thumb replaced with tendon. He honestly made me feel like I was making it up. He never addressed my finger, which will be done when my other hand heals. It happens so much I wouldn’t have thought to leave a review, but after what I went thru I changed my mind. I wish doctors listen
