Bad medicine, one of the worst MDs I've run across in almost 20 years

Rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to put his mask over his nose. While covid numbers are climbing again. He was completely dismissive about my concerns about medication side effects. Labs confirmed there was damage. His covering MD had insisted I come in for an immediate appointment due to dangerous symptoms-- he was dismissive and condescending. I had to insist on full labs. I don't know the purpose of having NO people skills and completely lacking medical knowledge.

My Uncle was a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Phan. After attending an appt to ask for a referral for a nurologist, my uncle decided to switch to a new doctor. In the appt Dr. Phan refused to listen to any of our concerns and brushed off my uncle's scary memory issues as old age. Then, he proceeded to tell my uncle if he had dementia or alzhimers there was nothing anyone could do about it. At that point, I reminded my uncle that he was not a nurologist, then asked the doctor to please refer my uncle to someone who could help. Dr. Phan refused to even look at me. My uncle, who suffers from extreme anxiety was visibly upset and shaking (he is a 78 yr old man). At that point I asked Dr. Phan to step outside to speak with me. He got right in my face (invading my personal space) and lied saying he had been treating my uncle for decades (my uncle has only been seeing him since 2017 after he moved from Oregon). He attempted to intimidate me (I'm 4'11"), but I have a bigger brain and better manners. I
