Considered a high risk by other doctors because of my weight, nobody wanted to do my badly needed hip replacements. Dr. Petri took a chance on me and everything went perfectly. Within a few months you couldn't even see the scar. His work is exceptional, his staff is caring, and he himself has genuine concern for his patients and their outcomes. The world needs more people like him.

I had a severe case of hip arthritis which I had been dealing with for way too long. Dr. Petrie performed a total hip replacement on my left hip using the anterior approach. Dr. Petrie gave me my mobility back and for that I’m forever thankful to him. He is an excellent surgeon and a wonderful and caring doctor.

Dr. Petrie just did a hip revision for me which had previously been revised by someone else. First, he had to go find parts since my original hip replacement was done in 1995. He was able to find it and there were only 15 left in the country. He took special care and making sure that this one was done correctly, that my leg length was even, and that I would have confidence in that it would not dislocate as it had done after my first revision. He is a kind man, a doctor that actually takes the time and talks to you and listens to what your concerns are. I'm going to need my other revised and there's no one else I would ever go to.

Dr. Petrie is by far the best orthopedic surgeon in Central Florida. He has chosen a knee replacement program for his patients that I believe is inovative and provides exceptional patient results quickly and is mindful of patient health and comfort. His prescribed pre and post-op routines are considerate of patient comfort, and safety especially during the recovery period. He has been wonderful and really sweet in his efforts to ease my fears with great explanations of the process and actually listening to my concerns and questions. He has put together a great surgical team at Advent Heath Inovation Tower. From the nurse techs to the anasthesia team, all one really great team of professionals. I am over my first two weeks of recovery, and well on my way to enjoying my new knee. They do everything possible for you to be able to rehab quickly and enjoy your new knee, with future adventures and a strong knee to get you there.I am so glad I found Dr. Petrie and his team.

Dr. Petrie doesn't rush through your appointment, answers your questions and talks about the options for your treatment. I'm on my third steroid injection for my knee, trying to postpone the inevitable replacement. But I feel confident that when the time comes, he'll be the right surgeon for me.

Dr. Jeffrey Petrie is the nicest doctor we have ever met. He has bedside manners like no one else and he takes the time to listen very carefully to what you have to say. He is never in a rush and is always present while talking to us. He, very patiently, answers all our questions and never talks down to anyone. He is a very skillful surgeon and he will always take great pains to cause as little pain as possible. Dr. Petrie is very knowledgeable on all modern surgical practices, so we got the latest technology benefits. The benefit of the latest technology was that we had minimal pain and better recovery time.

Dr Petrie made my initial visit for my surgery understandable. Each visit thereafter has been on pint and I know what to expect going forward

Dr. Petrie did a total knee replacement on my right knee and then three months later has done the total knee replacement on my left knee. I searched all of the area orthopedic surgeons and did my homework to find the best one and I picked Dr. Petrie best decision I could’ve possibly made, his skill knowledge and his technique are above all. He’s very friendly has a great bedside manner explains everything in a way that you can understand it and completely prepares you before the surgery with all the information that you possibly need. He gave me all the information I needed for a, good outcome and for a quick and as easy recovery as possible, and rehab. I would not send anyone to any other orthopedic surgeon him. he uses all the new techniques and skills that are out there for your best results. Dr. Petrie truly cares for you as a person and a patient and shows it in every way for me and for my wife. My experience with him could not have been better.

Dr Petrie performed my total knee replacement. He has exceptional skill, provided individualized care making sure all aspects of my care and concerns were addressed throughout the process, used protocols for pre and postop care that assured I had minimal pain, anxiety and best outcome. He and his staff were very caring, compassionate, professional and skilled. Dr Petrie and his team are the best in FL.
