Dr. Lee performed a cervical laminectomy to remove a large intradural tumor. Prior to surgery I had neuropathy and loss of function in both hands. I received excellent care by Dr. Lee and his associates. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. I attribute that directly to the expertise and skill of Dr. Lee as a neurosurgeon. Also, prior to surgery Dr. Lee spent all the time I needed to address my questions/concerns, and post operatively he responded to my emails (sent via Kaiser's system) very quickly when I had a concern or problem.

Dr. Lee removed a paralyzing meningioma, an egg-sized brain tumor, from atop my left parietal lobe in 2002. Simply put, he gave me back my LIFE! And, it’s been a good, productive life, full of work and fun. Thank you, Dr. Lee, from the bottom of my heart. (N.E.T. in Monterey, CA.)

Dr. Lee performed a successful 3 level (c4-c7) ACDF (anterior cervical discectomy and fusion) surgery on me in Oct of 2017. I am pleased with and grateful for my results. I was back at modified work shortly after surgery and had fused completely by month 4 post-op. I have since started PT and am just as grateful for the physical medicine staff at Kaiser Permanente as I am for Dr. Lee. Thank you for using your professionalism, kindness and expertise in order to help me live a pain free life.

Follow-up visit from spinal fractures I wore c-collar 23.5h/7d for six weeks. I complained about inability to sleep comfortably on my side loosing sleep. He instructed me to continue to wear it like before. In the doctors reports of the discharge summary, six lines were highlighted by the first MD I saw after I was discharged from UCSD. They stated to wear the collar at all times OOB (out of bed) for 6 weeks. 6 weeks were up and I could have taken it off at night! Not compassionate!

Neglected the severity of a pineal brain tumor in 2002. Didn’t have Time to address the patients questions or treatment. Failed to notice rapid decline of patients health. Was too busy working at different hospitals and not focusing on a severe medical case. The patient went into a coma caused by massive pain and brain swelling from growing tumor, while waiting several hours for doctor to do a check up. Child finally died under horrific circumstances. ,
