Horrible. We were there for 3 hours for a 1 hour appointment. He told me that one of the tests he wanted to give my husband would cost over $8,000.We were at this doctors office because the VA could not see my husband for three months so they sent us there. I told him that the VA would probably not pay for an $8,000 test and he said someone has to pay for it. He kept me in his office for over an hour asking me questions that he should have asked my husband and then gave me 'homework' to do. No way. Never going back there. In my opinion, the VA should not send anyone to this doctor.

I am a caregiver for my 94 yr old father. The whole process of "seeing" Dr. Ho was a disaster. It has taken over 3 months to complete but we never got a final diagnosis or treatment recommendations. There were two zoom calls that had no logical value. Forms I was supposed to complete before the initial zoom were never provided to me. He was disorganized, appeared detached and kept asking me the same questions. Our primary physician who made the referral hasn't been able to speak to him about his findings; he hasn't returned her calls. I have left three messages at his office regarding a consultative report as well as needing to discuss a payment due though the insurance companies have both paid & we owe nothing. No one ever actually answers the phone & messages go unanswered. I'm considering filing a complaint with the State's medical board.

Dr. Ho simply has a bad practice. His front desk staff didn’t follow thru on their tasks and Dr. Ho himself was always 45 min to 1.5 hour late for our appointments with no apology. Once we saw him there was zero bedside manner to give the patient (my mom) any comfort. That is a big deal when a patient is there to find out if they are literally losing their mind. Once he did the interview with us the family and my mom it then took months until he ordered her CAT scan. From first visit to diagnosis it was 6.5 months. In hindsight I do not know why we were so patient other than thinking “well we’ve waited this long and put time into it so let’s get this doctor’s opinion.” We did make our dissatisfaction known to his front desk staff with no effort to make it right or speed things up. Please do yourself and loved one a favor and do not enlist his help. There are much better doctors out there. I can say this with certainty as we found one that is incredible.

Was a very pleasant experience (considering the circumstances) with Dr. Ho. He was very accommodating to my schedule and my needs. He listened to everything I had to say and I feel like I was really heard. He definitely knows his stuff.

Dr Ho was very rude to me. Wasn't interested in what I had to say and lied to my primary care physician stating that I missed my appointment when I did not. He belongs doing research and not dealing people.

Waiting for the results of an EEG for about a week. Instead of telling us “anything” over the phone, they refused and want you to come in for a consultation which they can bill a ridiculous amount of $$$ even if the results are negative. BEWARE of this SCAM.

He is not a good neurologist, he seems that he listens to their patients but in facts he does not. I suggest not to visit him at all.

Horrible experience. Doctor had a Condescending attitude towards me. Put me on meds which had horrible side effects, when asked if there was another that I could use, perscrible me six pills and said "ration them" if you run out. Too bad I will "Force" you to go back on the old meds. - Office staff totally negative attitude, impossible to reach. They watch full movies on their phones while putting notes in patients files. - completely unprofessional.

He's a fine Doctor but honestly it's not worth it. It's impossible to get in contact with the office and if you pay your copayment before your appointment, don't worry, they'll still bill you for it later. They cannot figure out their own billing system. I pay in office, then three months later they'll send a bill. I got into the office, pay the bill, four days later I get another bill for another appointment which I also payed for before being seen. Saw them three times. Have payed seven times.
