Dr. Jeffrey Klak, DO

Our first appointments with Dr Klak. He was kind and respectful. Not pushing tests or making suggestions other than what related to our annual physicals. My husband and I were looking for a new doctor and we found a great one! Also, the office staff are wonderful, friendly and organized. Lastly, close to home here in Westfield which makes it so easy for us. Love the Riverview team!!

Dr. Klak is very caring and understanding of my health care needs. He follows my health issues that I'm being treated for by other specialist's. He addresses not only my health problems that I'm there to see him for, but everything that I'm dealing with health wise. Dr. Klak and his staff are the best.

He freely listened to my questions and concerns without judgment.

If you are looking for a fact-driven, no no-sensen and respectful and friendly approach, then Dr. Klak is the one. He and his team get it, they have your best interest in mind. No sugar coat, straight to the point politely. It build trust.

Dr. Klak and the team are comforting, patient, understanding, and they listen first. I highly recommend this team.

Ok if you need someone that's professional and isn't a pushy doctor who's caring and understanding DR Klak is a amazing doctor. Highly recommended by me.

After spending several decades with my previous physician, I dreaded the changes that came with moving to this area. Dr. Klak couldn’t have been kinder and put my mind at ease. He’s a very good listener and I look forward to a future with him on my health care team!

The wellness exam consisted of listening to heart/lungs/touching my abdomen-that's it! He was very disinterested. I asked the nurse if there were a few specific tests included in bloodwk order. She assured me it was complete-it wasn't. Dr reviewed the results & everything was normal. A mychart msg was sent to verify the labs ordered. A call was made to have the missing tests ordered & a request was made to have this submitted as a part of the wellness exam claim from a few days prior. Instead, it was billed as a problem visit, triggering my deductible. I (& my insurance co) tried many times to have the claim adjusted properly. Dr & his staff refused to resubmit claim even though 2 of the tests would've been 100% covered. He initially said the labs were needed due to previous history-something never discussed w/me. Then I was told they wouldn't adjust because I asked for the tests. His off mgr never called me to discuss & his staff hung up on the insur co rep. Awful experience.

Staff was polite & friendly. Dr. Klak took his time during the exam. And the biggest thing, he took time to talk to me.

1st visit with Dr. Klak. His assistant, Bobbi was very good at her job. They both were caring and listened to our history and concerns. They answered all our questions. All of the staff were very friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Klak for over four years. He and his staff have always been compassionate and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and caring.

-- Dr Klak is in the Riverview network. He has been my doctor for years. My prescription expired, so I made a new appointment. Dr Klak was booked up for like 6 weeks, so I requested a 30 day prescription to hold me over until the appointment. Dr Klak didn't approve the 30 day prescription, so my meds ran out. I had to go to IU Health, where they renewed my meds .... It was just silly ole' Viagra and not some controlled substance, so nobody really understood what the problem was. Moral of the story. Get a doctor in IU Health or you will be left high and dry. .

I’ve been seeing Dr. Flak for a year exactly this month and he has always been super knowledgeable in everything I’ve seen him for! He also is knowledgeable in Dermatology which is nice to not have to go see a separate doctor if you have acne you need to get under control! Overall a Fantastic doctor and experience with him! I’ll never change doctors now!

We live in Greenwood, out of all The doctors we could have chosen, we chose to see Dr Klak. I had an appt for 340p today, we ran into a ton of traffic after being stopped by a train, called the office and was advised I have an extra 10mins after appt time to get there, after going 80mph,I was only 3 MINUTES AWAY, called and begged them to see me still since it was an ER followup, this was at 348pm,they asked him and he said unless we could be there in ONE min, I had to reschedule,I literally pulled in at 351p, called to make sure and was told that he left already! I get how important their time is, but this is beyond ridiculous and absolutely disappointing to know that a doctor would do this knowing how important it is to be seen.When I said it is probably best because I would have been rushed, the receptionist stated “you may not have gotten a thorough visit” she was understanding and apologetic, but we will be finding a new doctor since my care is obviously not important to him!!!!!

Dr. Klak, is accepting new patients! The wait in the waiting room was 5 minutes! DR. KLAK receptionist are very nice! DR. KLAK’s MA was the sweetest to me! We chatted about thanksgiving and my medical concerns. I love how she made conversation with me! Dr. KLAK takes his TIME with his PATIENTS! I never felt rushed at all. Most places rush you then they go to the next patient. DR KLAK cares about our health. I had a great experience with dr KLAK! Thank you dr Klak!
