The only decent thing that came out of my horrid experience with the orthopedic clinic was being referred to Dr. Croteau. I had unexplained swelling with my toes and increasing joint pain. Within the first visit Dr. Croteau was able to successfully diagnose me and has been fantastic to deal with ever since. Other reviews state he's arrogant, he's more straightforward and to the point which may come across as arrogant. He always listens and more importantly is adamant about my arthritic health.

Could not believe how arrogant he was. Though I was diagnosed by very experienced rheumatologists before he wanted to wipe everything off and rediagnose me. I didn’t check the right box for him. He was paternalistic and condescending. I then found another great rheumatologist locally.
