Dr. Jeaneen Chappell, MD

I am still shocked at how condescending and unkind she acted towards me in my first appointment this week. She seemed very annoyed to have to see me. She did not even do a full assessment, I'm wondering how she even bills for a visit. She did not even touch me at any point. I would give 0 out of 5 if that was an option.

She helped the itching pain from an allergic reaction I had for 3 months and feel we solved the issue

I understood to that my styling techniques could be affecting my hair growth or non growth, the number of times and chemical relaxers effect on my hair as well. The prescription seems to be working with little to no side effects and I love her personality and ability to make me feel comfortable about such a sensitive matter. Dr. Chappell is awesome and I would recommend her to family and friends.

I have only had one visit with her but overall, I really liked her. I plan on going back to her for all my further appointments:)

Dr. Chappell is very knowledgeable in Dermatology and is a great listener. She does a thorough skin cancer examination and will address my spots of concern. I would recommend her for your skin care needs!

Dr. Chappell was excellent! She was able to see myself and my husband on the same day, and we both really liked her. She was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

I don’t know how this lady became a doctor. I greeted her politely and she ignored me, than asked me very rudely “WHAT DO YOU NEED?” Which I politely told her my skin concerns. Than she told me to “SHUTUP” her exact words! She interrupted me and said SHUTUP YOUR TALKING TOO MUCH ! she poses on her tik tok smiling and acting like she’s nice. SHE IS THE COMPELETE opposite and a FRAUD !

Not very good, she did a skin biopsy did not deaden it nearly enough, has been close to 4 weeks with no report from them. Will not go back.

What a bad doctor with poor bedside manners. I definitely wouldn’t recommend her to anyone! My skin got worse on her meds, she didn’t appear to care.

I have been seeing Dr. Chappell since January and she has been absolutely amazing. My skin and scalp have shown much improvement through with her guidance. I still have some progress to make, but I am optimistic with the medications and guidance from Dr. Chappell I know I'm in good hands with my skincare journey.

Dr Chappell has treated my teenagers hormonal acne for almost 2 years. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and makes appointments so comfortable for my self conscious teenager. We look for forward to every appointment. She takes the time to make connections with her patients and that makes all the difference! We highly recommend Dr Chappell!

Dr Chappell has been my derm for over 2 years now. She has helped treat my hormonal acne. I would recommend her to anyone dealing with that condition. She helped me gain my confidence and self esteem. She is very personable, honest and awesome !

Dr. Chapelle is terrible. Wouldnt even sees her for free. She was THE MOST disrespectful, uncaring, condensing doctor I've EVER met. Not sure how she still has a license or any good reviews at that. Terrible...

Dr.Chappell has been my Dermatologist for the past few years and I can’t recommend her enough! She is always attentive and is compassionate. Clinic is professional and transparent.

I recently called and scheduled my first in-person doctor's appointment since starting social distancing with some trepidation. Dr. Chappell's staff and precautions around the office put my mind at ease immediately. Dr. Chappell listened to my concerns and suggested a skin regimen and a series of treatments for some discoloration and texture issues that have caused some concern. She let me know what the prescription would cost and, to my surprise, it was actually $25 less! I couldn't be happier with the results. She's turned back the clock 10 years. I appreciate Dr. Chappell and her staff so much!
