Dr. Love was very nice and seemed really knowledgeable of my issue. I trust her diagnosis and suggestions. She was thorough and addressed all of my concerns which was extremely comforting. I didn't feel rushed and I look forward to my follow up visit.

I actually did not see Dr Love, I saw the nurse practitioner. But she was an absolute delight. She listened to my concerns, very attentive…I loved her! I too work in healthcare so I pay close attention to customer service. But from check in to the assistant that brought me back, I have no complaints. And the office is beautiful!

She is an excellent doctor. After many years with this condition, Doctor love is the only doctor that could treat the condition; and found out what the problem was. She treated the problem and I have results to prove it.

Dr. Love explains her diagnosis and the treatment. She’s open to answer questions and shows care and compassion. I recommend her to all my friends and colleagues.

I will say this Google reviews have helped me on many occasions to decide where I take my business but at times the reviews can cause you to have a tainted perception before you even walk in the door. I was very leery upon my arrival due to posted reviews however I will say I’m glad I gave Dr. Love & her staff a chance. There will be a wait; they have a notice posted on the reception counter explaining this. It wasn’t too bad I arrived at 1:45 was called back at 2:40 and was out of there at 3:36 including labs. The receptionist,medical assistant and lab tech were ALL very pleasant, respectful and just genuinely kind! Dr Love was super sweet; not standoffish I think her personality may be slightly introverted and some may take it as standoffish who doesn’t know introverts but I assure you she’s not! I appreciate her being genuine to who she is! She didn’t make me feel bad about the issues that I’m dealing with; she looked at my problems, explained what they were and...

Mrs Love was very professional and Personal. No wait strictly business. Will definitely go back.

Appears she schedules multiple patients at the same time and then works you in. Left me waiting in the lobby 3 hours.

My daughter has been going to her for a year now, and her skin is 10x worse than it was before she started. My daughter have had complications with her skin from medication prescribed that even Dr. Love is unsure of why it has happened.

Dr. Portia Love's staff is consistently rude and lacks professionalism. She does not examine thoroughly.
