Dr. Jaspreet Panesar, MD

My experience with Dr. Jaspreet Panasar was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Dr Panasar failed to read my chart prior to me going under anesthesia for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. She did not read the reason why I was referred for the endoscopy and failed to biopsy what was listed. When questioning her post procedure to confirm she did it, she was defensive and argumentative, turning it on me. She asked me why I did not tell her to do it, and that I was not sedated when she spoke to me. Yet questioned me about my symptoms of GERD prior to procedure. She also attempted to discredit me and gaslight me while asking what kind of medical professional I was. This is alarming. Rather than admitting mistake, she turned it on me. She was rude and defensive and walked away from me in disgust telling me she was not happy with me. Dr Panasar is not representative of the quality of doctors that reside in the Kaiser sytstem. In over 22 years with Kaiser, this was a first.

My experience with Dr. Panesar has been incredible. I had been rather bothered by chronic abdominal discomfort for years. After numerous unsuccessful dr appts. I finally got paired up with Dr. Panesar...She is obviously extremely diligent and knowledgeable, but, more importantly, she is very good at communicating and applying that diligence and knowledge. Thanks to her I am back to normal again. She is nothing short of a great physician and I would 100% recommend her to anybody.
