Great experience all around
I feel lucky to have found a talented rhinoplasty physician in Bellingham. Dr Lichtenberger performed a rhinoplasty and septoplasty for me which has improved my quality of life and straightened my nose. The nurses and surgery scheduler were also great, responsive, and easy to work with. Thank you to the entire team at Bellingham ENT!

Patient has some responsibility to work with the doctor and staff. Before you make an appointment, always make sure Doctor accepts Medicare and supplemental insurance if you have it. Dr. Lichtenberger is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me through a bad infection, and I am grateful. Make sure nurse calls in prescription before you leave.

Dr. Lichtenberger was the most uncompassionate and cold doctor I have ever had. I was in quite a bit of pain and during the whole procedure, (I was there due to an anterior epistaxis) he not once even looked me in the eye. He seemed to have no empathy for the pain I was in. The procedure he performed didn't work, for 20 minutes later I had to return to repeat the whole experience over again. Would've been a lot less disturbing if at least his nurses had a friendly demeanor, but no.
