Saved my life
I can not express how amazing and right on Dr Heckman and his staff are. I was very sick and he got me in the hospital the day I saw him. He said you better go or something more serious will happen. Sure enough 2 days in the hospital my stomach burst.

He literally save my life by having me liver surgery.Other doctor gave up and told me it was hopeless.Nthanks to him I am cancer free. I'm forever grateful.

Dr. Heckman did surgery on a hernia three years ago and I started getting bad pains a year ago. So I went to his office and he did the usual "checking" for hernias, he didn't feel anything. So I ask him about doing a CT Scan and he says, no I don't want to put you through any more radiation. I went to another Dr and thank God he did one, he found three hernias. Yeah thanks Dr. Heckman, it's all in my head, right? I would not recommend him.

God used Dr. Heckman and his skilled team to save my life. He did not give up on me when I was very near death. I am very grateful for his willingness to take me on as a patient that was very ill with a rare and usually uncureable cancer. In my opinion he is the best on the whole East Coast in his field.
