Disappointed
Very rushed and not attentive. Didn't work well with complex conditions. Worst of all, told me to change a different medication that isn't prescribed by her to make hers work without modifications.

Not a good listener.
Just likes to tell you how to take medication and move on to the next. You’re just a box to be checked. Never once was I asked about my questions and concerns. I do not include the staff in this at all, staff was great.

STAT Referral
MY Dr. Sent a STAT Referral to the office on March 21, A. STAT referral that means immediate attention reach out to patient immediately for appointment upon receiving. April 8th call to find out they haven't even reviewed the STAT and labs sent to them. Women answering phone said short staffed. License should be removed and should not be practicing medicine. A stat is not something to be ignored when it comes to a patient. I ended up scheduling with another specialist. This is in regards to a inflamed thyroid while I experienced thyroid storms and severe tremors.

She sucks
I saw her once and cancelled the next appointment. The staff is courteous, but she is not in any way, shape or form. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Horrible bed side manners, unsympathetic & rushed
My appointment with Dr Kaur left me frustrated with her lack communication and urgency to rush my appointment. She has horrible bed side manners, unsympathetic, lack of good verbal communication and overall a horrible experience.

Poor Communicator, Great Staff!
First, Dr. Kaur has a very professional staff which made me think my experience would be positive. Once in the office with Dr. Kaur, she rarely looked up from her tablet computer. She seemed to be in disbelief that I control a hyperthyroid without the use of drugs. She asked several questions about this while ignoring the lab results in writing. She took the last moments of my appointment to tell me that my nutritional approach which is directed by an ND is not responsible for my stable condition in spite of my family medical history to the contrary. I am currently looking for another Endo!

Great experience
She was very personable. Communicated with my daughter really well and I like that she does not just put you on medication. She is looking at the big picture and trying to problem solve, not medicate.

My visit with this practitioner was extremely disappointing especially considering that I am a fellow medical professional. I felt the doctor was completely inattentive and unintinterested in any of my questions and in my overall well-being. She was brusque and had a very poor bedside manner and I would certainly not recommend her to anyone. She was extremely uncaring and only in a hurry to leave the room and did a very cursory physical examination. Overall a very poor experience on two different visits especially when compared to previous endocrinologists I have seen.

Dr. Kaur greets you as she is coming into the examination room. But, that is the end of her care. She does not listen to you. When she ask questions, I could possibly say anything, she does not look up from her tablet. Or, acknowledge what you just said. It is hard to cipher if she is good doctor, I sure can’t tell.

No, would not recommend. Does not pay attention to patients questions and/or concerns and rushes patient out the door. Provider mostly schedules 6 month appts instead of 3 months. This is a problem due to not keeping up with changes in medications as needed which affects patients health. Also, high turn over rate with front office staff.

My sister was a patient of doctor Kaur, did not ever discuss what we should look out for just interested in how pills were being taken, god forbid we asked about some of her symptoms, my sister ended up in the hospital , but if doctor Kaur paid attention to my pleas regarding her symptoms I know the mass on her brain would have been caught at least 1 month and a half sooner. All I can say is I feel she is not a good doctor, my personal opinion.

Wait time is short. Staff is friendly, usually fast and to the point. Dr Kaur always comes in the room with a smile, making eye contact and sounding positively. She always asks me how I feel and if I have any questions and answers them. The visits are usually quick but I do not feel like she wouldn’t spend longer time if there are valid questions.

My son and I saw Dr Kaur in dec 2019. He is in a wheelchair so we were both in the cubicle at the same time. I tried to talk about my needs as I had just had my thyroid removed and needed an endo dr. During the appointments Dr Kaur basically told me to shut up she only wanted to discuss my sons case. She left afterwards. When we were leaving the gal at the desk wanted to make 2 appointments again. I told her no just 1 for my son as she had blown me off. The office refused to refill my test strips as I am diabetic and did not give me any refills on my synthroid medication. I have tried calling the office several times and it doesn't do any good. I saw this so I am letting anyone who reads this know how she is. Oh and she is billing me now for a $45 co pay. Lol, cold day in hell when I pay that. No refill on my synthroid after my surgery and no diabetic test strips, COLD DAY IN HELL!!!!!!

Fair.. not much of a bedside manner, indifferent. Has me coming to office multiple times to discuss labs that are normal. Unneeded ultrasounds on thyroid and unneeded visits. Call the patient and tell them their normal results. This comes from a medical provider. Not returning.

Not a fan. Rude, has no interest in listening or asking me questions to find out more. To collect more money, she had me come in for an appointment JUST to tell me about a prescription. Seriously unacceptable!
