Why did the other person only rate one star? I've never had a doctors visit where I actually felt like leaving a review until meeting with Dr. Jackson. Seriously, this guy gets it. He was very courteous and professional but more than that, he was perceptive. He could tell that I was uncomfortable, and calmed me by taking the extra time to stop and explain to me, in words I could understand, exactly what the procedure would be like. Of course I would recommend him to friends and family.
