Dr. Fowler is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. He listens, provides options and follows up, as appropriate. He takes my health seriously without taking himself seriously, which is a prized trait among physicians. I highly recommend his practice.

One of the finest doctors I've known in my life. Knowledgeable, caring, focus on improving my wife's and my health. Honest, ethical and has my complete trust. Dr Fowler has a true calling. On top of all that, he has a great sense of humor. Everything you could ever hope to find in a family/internal medicine physician.

Wow! If you need to see a doctor and you are even close to his office, this is your doctor. I rarely go to the doctor's office or need medical assistance so with a close friend as my doctor for 10+ years, I dreaded the thought of finding a new primary care doctor when moving to Florida. After avoiding it for well over a year, I went to the closest doctor to work and so glad for it. Seriously, if you are thinking of changing doctors or need to find a new one, get an appointment.

Was brought right back to to the exam room. Dr. Fowler takes the time to talk to you and answers your questions clearly and concisely. His demeanor is easy and pleasant. Wonderful doctor.

I recently moved from Maryland to St. Augustine. I found That Dr. Fowler was close by and made an appointment. His staff is very kind and caring and the office is convenient and well appointed. He was extremely thorough and patient with me and took time to talk to me about my current problems and past medical history. I would very highly recommend Dr. Fowler.

Dr.Fowler and staff was very courteous and office was very clean and neat. I was able to express my health concerns and they was address the same day of visit. I will continue my Health care at St. Johns location where I know I can count on my doctor to address my healthcare needs.

This was the absolute best doctors visit I've had in a long time. Dr Fowler listened and took his time in the exam room. I didn't feel rushed or unheard. He explained everything we were doing in detail. I am very happy and will recommend him to my family and friends.
