I did not have a good experience with Dr. Haider. I waited 2 months for an appointment because she had good reviews on my insurance providers website and on Google when I originally checked and it was a waste of time and money. I found her to be cold, callous, and she did not listen to my concerns about starting medications or the side effects I was concerned about experiencing. She put me on medications that had possible side effects that directly contradicted the concerns I expressed to her and when I confronted her about the approach she put me on, she did not take any accountability and gaslit me on the research I'd done that had been prompted from the bad experience as a result of the medications she had me start. She is unwilling to start anyone on stimulant ADHD meds without the patient paying $275 for an in-house ADHD assessment that seems to only assess one type of ADHD. Do not see this provider, find someone who actually cares about you and is willing to listen to you.

Kept repeating the same questions, didn't provide any help. Didn't seem prepared or knowledgeable. I left feeling very defeated

Highly recommended
Best psychiatrist I’ve ever seen. She’s also a neurologist which is impressive. Compassionate, asks thoughtful questions, offers valuable/practical feedback and not eager to prescribe meds until necessary. Not sure why she’d get a negative review as she’s fabulous and I’d recommend her to anyone. Finding a good doctor - especially a psych - is a needle in a haystack. I went through a traumatic divorce this past year - along with several other life traumas - and Dr. Haider was so helpful in my healing process.

BEST Psychiatrist I've ever seen!
OUTSTANDING! I've been seeing Dr. Haider for almost two years now. She has Literally changed my life, for the better. She's extremely knowledgeable about Pharmacia. It's typical that it takes time to determine what the best medications are and you need to be patient. But these reviews left here from 2021? Are the Exactly Opposite of my experience. Sounds to me like they went in with "pre-concieved notions" to what their care should be and what medications they should be taking... in my opinion they couldn't be further off base. If you're looking for a Dr. that is highly skilled, Very Compassionate and kind, that's Dr. Haider.

Fashions herself as a "farmer" she said to me in one appointment. I will never forget her. Refused to put me on an antidepressant for six months during a depressive episode and nearly ruined my life. I finally found a PCP who put me on an antidepressant. Awful. Egotistical jerk.

I did not have a positive experience with Dr. Haider and I have seen quite a few psychiatrists over time. I normally wouldn't bother leaving a review but I want to inform others to encourage them to keep looking. For me she does not have a humanistic approach at all and I found her to be very cold. Not good attributes to have when dealing with mental illness especially during COVID.
