Dr. Wilson was attentive to the details of my elbow pain. He took the time to explain the correct stretching techniques that would aid in my recovery. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Dr. Wilson entered the exam room looking annoyed and irritated. He expressed that he didn’t understand why this was a workers’ compensation claim and continued to repeat it constantly throughout the visit. He spent more time prioritizing his questioning on why the visit was covered by workers’ compensation than he did examining his patient, making the visit feel more like an interrogation rather than a medical appointment. It’s unclear why he was so concerned and felt so compelled to make a determination since the visit wasn’t for him to provide advice or make this determination. As a physician and not an insurance adjuster, he truly crossed the line to the point where it was unclear what his role was, an insurance adjuster or a physician for Optim Orthopedics. I feel he should have been more professional and concerned with administering medical services to his patient and allow the adjuster to do their job. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone and nor do I intend on seeing him again.

He respectfully let me choose how I wanted to proceed - after experiencing other surgery happy Drs, I appreciate his approach. Highly recommend him!

Dr Wilson is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint my issue fairly quickly and put me on the path to recovery. His bedside manner is both professional and courteous and these are many of the reasons I keep coming back to see him and his partners.

Dr Wilson is knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining your condition and how he is going to take care of the problem. He listens and answers your questions and concerns.

Upon arrival I had 3 x-rays,…all help were professional & courteous. After a short time Dr Wilson had reviewed the x-rays and thoroughly explained my shoulder condition with me. His PA administered a cortisone injection & Dr Wilson provided me with an exercise book to work on strengthening & better rotation for my shoulder. I was very pleased to not need surgery at this time Very impressive Dr & staff.

Dr. Wilson has a good personality and is very compassionate and immediately knew what was going on with my forearm and wrist and shoulder! in a very short amount of time I experienced relief!

I was scheduled to have an reverse shoulder replacement by another Optim Doc, but that Doc has a family emergency that will prevent him doing surgeries until the New Year. I was referred to Dr Wilson who squeezed me in on short notice. I say he' as conservative because he wanted to be sure I was aware of the risks involved. He indicated that because I'm a fall risk, a fall after this surgery would likely result in a broken arm. I conclude that he's cautious and not knife happy, as some orthopedic surgeons can be. After discussing that possibility, we agreed to proceed with the surgery ASAP next month. This, I feel fortunate to be able to have the surgery before the New Year with a highly qualified orthopedic surgeon.

He is awesome! I have seen him before for shoulder surgery. He answers all my questions and helped me with a knee issue. Wonderful!

Dr. Wilson was very personable and professional, he went over my x-rays and showed me in detail the damages that I had in my knees and was frank about the damage to my knees and the process that we had to take to correct the issue. He allowed me to express my feelings and ask questions, and he agree with my decisions on the path of treatment I wanted to follow. He stated that it was actually the best path for me as they were really no other options for me. I was referred to Dr. Wilson by a friend/coworker and I am extremely grateful that I made this appointment and went to visit him. It was the first but won’t be the last time he seen me in his office, my five stars reflect the satisfaction and professionalism that I received.
