He masks his inability with is kind demeanor.
This Dr. comes off very kind and caring, his staff is great... however he is not the doctor he thinks he is. He is not truthful. Do not recommend.

Phenomenal Care
I have never felt so comfortable discussing something that I had previously considered so embarrassing. Dr. Raders made me feel at ease. He answered every single one of my questions in a way that I could understand. He even answered questions that I didn't know I had. With his support and guidance, I was able to make an informed decision in regards to my health. I received exceptional care from the moment I arrived to the moment I left.

Prolapse success
I was referred to Dr. Radars by my gyn. He was respectful and sympathetic to my condition and concerns. I was stage 4 prolapse and he did a Sacrocopolpexy in May 2024. Such a relief! He took time and interest with explanations and diagrams to explain my situation and also to explain how it should be repaired. I was so glad I found this doctor and didn’t mess around with a typical surgeon. he has two assistants, Tawny and Cheryl. Because this particular situation is very modest, they were both respectful of my privacy

First visit
I was extremely nervous about what was happening with my body. Dr. Radar was so informative about the change my body was exhibiting. He explained everything to me, as for the treatments that were available for me, and made me feel very comfortable about the plan to help me get better. I have never felt so comfortable with a physician as I did with Dr. Radar. I would definitely recommend him .

HE IS THE EXPERT!!! GO NO WHERE ELSE!!
I HAD AN IMPLANT REPLACED IN SEPTEMBER. AS I WAS BEING ROLLED BACK I SHUT MY EYES BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO REMEMBER ANYTHING! WHEN I SAW DR RADERS , I TOLD HIM I WAS SCARED..... HE RE-ASSURRED ME AND ASK ME TO GET PREPARED FOR SURGERY. ALTHOUGH I KNEW HE WOULD BE WORKING ON MY HIP.... AND I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED... HE GENTLY COVERED ME WITH A WARM BLANKET AND TOLD ME ALL WAS WELL. THAT WAS THE LAST THING I REMEMBERED! WOW!! HE COULD HAVE LEFT ME EXPOSED, BUT HE RESPECTED MY PRIVACY. WHAT A TRUE CARING AND KIND DOCTOR. YOU DON'T FIND THEM LIKE THAT ANYMORE. WHEN I GO FOR MY FOLLOW -UPS, I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT! LESLIE AND TAWNY ARE SO FRIENDLY AND CALMING.UR0_GYN IS SUCH A PRIVATE PRACTICE. I AM SO THANKFUL FOR THEM TO MAKE EVERYONE FEEL COMFORTABLE AND TAKE THE EDGE OFF. IF YOU NEED THIS TYPE OF CARE, YOU CAN NOT FIND ANYONE BETTER THAN DR READERS AND HIS STAFF... TAWYNY AND LESLIE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Grateful to find a surgeon like Dr James Raders
After hysterectomy with prolapse repair surgery in 2020 & then again in 2021 - I traveled to to meet with Dr James Raders in Melbourne, FL. I Immediately recognized what a brilliantly skilled surgeon he was & why he had come so highly recommended. I was an avid runner that just had 2 bilateral successful TKRs surgeries but was frustrated with the 2 aforementioned unsuccessful prolapse repairs - Dr Raders is patient & thorough. Either in explaining the procedure or during any pre-surgery exams conducted via his assistant Tawney. I traveled over 2 hours & would have driven even longer for any pre-surgery exams & final approval for robotic sacroproplexy surgery. And I would have traveled an even longer distance to receive such excellent care. I cannot express how well he exceeded every expectation & how happy we are with the final highly successful outcome. Dr Raders is not only highly respected within his profession but by every on of his patients. He simply the best ever!

I went to see Dr. Raders for a 10 minute prodedure - but in order to jack up his bill he proceeded to run a test where he poured water into a catheter and filled my bladder .. totally unnecessary, totally not needed and totally unasked for....Next Day I came down with a huge Urinary tract infection - and was on 2 rounds antibiotics (15 days) to get rid of it!! I would NEVER recommend him!!!

Dr Raders is in at the top of a class of doctors you rarely see these days. When he came into the room for my appointment and introduced himself, his smile was BIG and genuine. He pulled up a stool and sat face to face with me. When we discussed my problem, he actually listened patiently to all my concerns. He then gave me not one, but 3 solutions, and explained in detail with diagrams & charts. He suggested the best option and explained why. Then he explain that procedure in complete detail. He was so calm, confident, caring and reassuring. He did not rush through anything. When I left his office I left any & all anxiety behind. At the hospital, before my surgery, he was there to reassure me. We sailed through surgery and recovery, which by that time I knew we would. I am a new person thanks to this man. I wish every Doctor would treat patients this way. The world would be a better place.

I had Dr Raders in MN and he did a prolapse surgery on my bladder. As a result the pain is terrible for intercourse and at a doctors office for exams. He never offered any way to fix it , he was just done.
