Dr. Casey is amazing. Very knowledgeable, he knew my medical history, and explained things well. He answered all my questions. Very patient, kind, and respectful. I high recommend him. An excellent doctor and I feel good out our plan of action.

Dr. Casey preformed surgery on me last year to remove a huge cyst inside one of my ovaries (while also saving the ovary to help preserve fertility) and remove stage 4 endometriosis. He is now helping me manage my endometriosis and pain. He has the absolute best bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Casey!

I Came here over a year ago looking at reviews. I was unsure at first. It took a while to get a surgery date but it was worth the wait. I’m back now to leave a review. I’ve seen many Dr.s in the past and Dr. Casey is the one I felt confident enough in to do my Hysterectomy. He truly Listened to all my concerns. We talked about several options but I knew what I wanted and I wanted to feel human again without the heavy periods and pain. He Put a plan into place and made it happen. He documented Every..Single..Thing..In FINE detail in the notes into my chart, He reviewed my long past that I had with other Drs. I’ve been dealing with uterine fibroids for 20+years, enlarged uterus and Extensive Endo, Adenomyosis that I had no clue about until I had the surgery. He is very knowledgeable and skilled! He was able to get everything out laparoscopically. The surgery was a success! I’m beyond grateful for Dr James Casey! Finally, I feel like I have My life back with out all the pain!

Dr. Casey is amazing! He performed a full hysterectomy with some complications. His bedside manner is amazing and when I had to return to the hospital for an abscess he was so attentive and caring. We need more Dr. Caseys in the world!

I was able to see Dr. James Casey this afternoon for a hospital follow up. I have a long history of endometriosis and associated the associated problems that comes with it. I have had two laser surgeries in the past to help clear out the endometriosis. I had to go to the ER on 11/27/20 due to vaginal bleeding and right lower abdominal pain. It was recommended that I have a follow up appt at my GYN office within the next week. I was blessed to be able to see Dr. Casey. He reviewed each of my medications with me in great detail. He reviewed my past and current medical history in great detail. He did a detailed pelvic examination on me. He asked a lot of questions and he listened carefully to each and every answer from me. He presented the three possible treatment options and discussed each one in great detail. He let me decide the option that was I the most comfortable with and discussed it in even more detail with me. Dr. Casey is a breath of fresh air !! He listens to his patients!!!

About me: 38yr old, plus size woman with PCOS and a history of missed periods and abnormal bleeding. Dr. Casey performed a laparoscopic hysterectomy removing everything but my ovaries. Dr. Casey was the best referral I have ever received. After complications with a previous attempt at this same surgery, I was referred to Dr. Casey. I will admit that I wasn’t thrilled to have a male doctor, but he made me very comfortable and was extremely positive and knowledgeable. I am so glad that Dr. Casey is my doctor. I was in the hospital for one night, as a precaution for my previous issues, but honestly I felt well enough to go home the same day as my surgery. I may be one of the lucky ones, but if it wasn’t for the small cramping I had after surgery, and the small incisions currently healing in my body, I would have zero idea that anything was removed from my body. I am flabbergasted by Dr. Casey’s skill and knowledge. I cannot recommend Dr. Casey enough.

He is a great doctor, surgeon and is great at what he does. He removed Essure devices for me due to issues from having them. He explained everything and did everything like he explained. Glad he came to Virginia!

Best Doctor Ever! He never rushes with you and takes his time to explain every detail. He made my pregnancy so comfortable and easy and answered any question I had. He even took time out of his day off to come deliver my baby. I couldn’t ask for a better Dr!
