Waste of time and money
Just left this so called doctor's office. His staff was polite (the only reason he is getting any rating). He has an unbelievable ego on him. He had the nerve to say that six other medical professionals (3 doctors & 3 nurse practitioners) plus a radiologist (whose specialty is to read catscans) had misdiagnosed me over the past two months. He stated that these professionals (anyone but him) didn't know what an ear infection looked like and constantly misdiagnosed them. He also stated that the radiologist completely misread my catscan although another doctor and two nurse practitioners had also looked at the catscan and saw exactly what the radiologist saw. Although he didn't know what was wrong, he knew it had absolutely nothing to do with my ears and everyone else was wrong. His solution was to send me home with steroids and pain meds (I refused) as well as for me to go get expensive, uncovered by insurance, unnecessary, and unproven TMJ surgery for the TMJ I've had for over 30 years

Knowledgeable but......
I needed a new ENT since I've from out of state and was referred by Primary Dr. The office visit lasted about 20 mins and they wanted a $150 co pay and I was livid. I have BCBS which is one of the best and I've never had issues ever. I went back and forth with the office and my insurance to find out he codes his office visit 2 codes which triggers a surgery Co pay and they refused to change it. Never had this happen before, seems they are acting insurance for more money which hurts the patient and drives our premiums up.
