Hard to get a hold of doctors by phone.
MY ONLY COMPLAINT. I can never get a hold of Lin or Brown by phone. No matter how many times I call or state my important need to talk to them, they don’t return my calls. All my other doctors return my calls. Can’t email or text them.

Dr. Lin inserted a Vertiflex spacer between L4/5 and it has helped so much with nerve pain. I respect and admire Dr. Lin and would recommend him to help with your pain management.

Dr Lin was my doctor for many years. I have so many things I could share about him, all being important but he is a Christian pain management doctor that is very good. He cares to have your pain level comfortable to you. Not only that- he did a discogram on my back- it was a uncomfortable procedure but what happened after that- - I after the procedure was up walking around,in much better condition than what I was when I came in. Later appts I asked him what he did. He said "nothing" I asked again. Then I asked him if he was a Christian and he said "yes". Then we discussed his church, my church trying to figure out who's church the lord was working through. He is a Christian doctor and a kind and caring pain management specialist. I would recommend him Debbie Hogue

Dr. Lin is an exceptional practitioner. Calm and thoughtful, he listened to my history and asked some great questions. He developed an initial treatment plan that felt very responsive to my 15 year history with chronic pain. The experience was made even better by the very friendly and professional staff, both at the front and in the exam room. If you're in need of an excellent pain management doctor, this is the team to see.

Mr. Lin, who does not deserve the "doctor" title, is involved in experimentation drugs for which he is clearly receiving financial assistance. He was quick to use and Amgen injection without any discussion other than "the insurance will pay for it." They didn't, allegedly, and now he wants the full amount. The injection was useless and we were advised not to call, the "doctor" does not talk to patience on the phone. (No office visit charge that way.) ALL ABOUT GREED AND MONEY. GO ELSEWHERE.

Beware. Regardless of his abilities he only has one insurance carrier that he accepts. That means you will be paying out-of-pocket unless you're with Wellpoint. I got screwed by having him as a contractor and not as a patient in his office

Found the staff to be unconpassionate and rude. Excessive wait times. Doctor talked fast and did not listen well, the arrogant attitude didn't help. With so many choices out there-much better options available!
