Don't bother calling to make an appointment unless you like having to leave a voicemail that is never returned. After 3 days of calling, I could not get them to call me back, nor was I able to speak to a human in their appointment center. I was told, "we get 100 calls a day," as a reason for no one answering. In an 8 hour day, that means 12 calls an hour. They can't handle 12 appointments in one hour? How long does it take to schedule an appointment? Ridiculous.

Pleasant bedside manner, very thorough and extremely skilled surgeon. Dr. James Smilley explained my 12-year-olds procedure in detail & was glad to answer questions.

I recently had a full amputation of my LH index and middle fingers..table saw accident. I went to see Dr Lilley on recommendation from my uncle, who's hand was repaired by him after being hit by a small plane propeller. He now has full functionality. Lilley didn't take my insurance group, so I paid out of pocket to see if he'd be a good fit. The visit cost me $300 but was worth every penny. He was brilliant, knowledgeable, and instilled total confidence. The other surgeons I interviewed did not.
