Dr. James Leu in Wayne is THE best!! I had “normal” hormone levels and was not taken seriously elsewhere. Dr. Leu made sure to find out what was really going on. He made me feel like a person, not a number or means to an end.As a healthcare provider myself, I look for knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough providers. Dr. Leu is all of that and more. He takes his time to truly see and hear out his patient’s concerns and symptoms. He asks all the right questions and does his due diligence to find the cause of the problem. Make the appointment. Trust me, you will be so happy you went.

Dr Leu is a rare find in endocrinologists because he uses a holistic approach to your care. I was very disappointed to hear that he is leaving his current practice. I will look for him in the area.

Fantastic Doctor. Terrible office business organization around him. Was a patient for years when they change to Valley its not impossible to get an appointment, i have a condition that needs to be checked regularly given i can not get an appointments i will have to find a new doctor.

Dr Leu is probably the BEST Dr I have ever had the pleasure to meet! I have struggled with diabetes for years always seeing Drs who just continue to prescribe more and more medicine. Then I met Dr Leu who literally in 3 months did what others have NOT been able to accomplish in years! He has changed my health! He is empathetic, kind, takes his time with any concerns, explains and offers real solutions! He is the Best and has a real sincere concern for his patients. I highly recommend this Dr!!!

Nurses tend to be particularly picky about the physicians they use for their own care. I have had 4 different PCPs over 10 years and 2 different hematologists. When I first met Dr Leu, I was so impressed with how thorough he was and the compassion he showed me (I have hirsutism. I needed to rule out PCOS). I have now been seeing him 5 years. He does a great physical assessment and follows up with all items from the last visit. He also teaches well which is so important to improving outcomes.

Dr. Leu is very thorough, compassionate, and patient. He listens well and partners with patients to maximize the benefits of the care he gives. So thankful to have found him and would recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Leu is a phenomenal endocrinologist who cares deeply about his patients. He exerts great diligence listening to your story, and he uses his deep and current knowledge & experience to analyze aloud every facet of the issue with you. Most importantly, he understands and respects the complicated individual nature of endocrine / autoimmune diseases. Dr. Leu earns my highest recommendation for difficult endocrine problems - book an appointment NOW because he's in very high demand.

I have been misdiagnosed for years prior to treating with Dr Leu. Since I have started treating with Dr Leu I am on the tract to better health . His knowledge of the endocrine system is the reason why. I would highly recommending him.
