Dr Heron always listens and spends as much time as I need. I would highly recommend him. Very easy to get my appointment and med refills when needed.

My wife and I have been patients for more then 20 years, and he just gets better.He's saved both of us from serious life-threatening situations on several occaisions. My wife has been going through serious problems for more than a year and we call often, very often. Today I called with a non emergency question which most doctors would put off at least until the end of the day if not longer, but Dr. Heron called back between patients and spent the necessary time to answer my question. My own family would not be that attentive. He is the best. He also understands that caregivers sometimes just need support and reassurance.

Dr. Heron is thoughtful, thorough, and he is there when you need him. I highly recommend him.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr James Heron for 3 years. He and his team have provided us with outstanding medical support. Dr Heron is extremely knowledgeable, professional and accessible. Recently my Mom was visiting us from out of state. I had signaled Dr Heron, in advance of her visit, that she would be staying with us for a month. During her stay she required prompt medical attention. I called Dr Heron’s office and Denise immediately set up an appointment for her. Dr Heron met with my Mom, reviewed the highlights of her medical history and current issues. He examined her during our visit and performed some diagnostic tests. We left his office with a clear plan of action and confidence that she would be better, once executed. Dr Heron is a knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate MD.

A visit to this doctor who was covering for my concierge doctor was my first and will be my last. Almost exactly as another patient reported on March 2 he was impolite and apparently frustrated when he couldn’t get the answers he wanted as I was not his patient. I walked out in tears and have advised my regular concierge doctor of the incident. I am 100 years old.
