The opposite of VIP care
Dr. Kaplan and his staff are the exact opposite of VIP care. In fact, that he claims to be a concierge doctor is laughable. If you have a personal connection to him outside of medicine such as being a family friend or “important” person in his circle, you will be taken care of well. If not , you will be ignored md he will gladly take your money. Morally corrupt individual.

Terrible experience with this doctor
My experience with Dr. Kaplan's practice was highly disappointing, similar to other reviews I've read. Despite Dr. Kaplan’s assurance of 24 7 access via text to get a patient to sign up with his service, I mostly received automatic responses instructing me to call the office. The behavior of Dr. Kaplan's staff deteriorated to the point of being unacceptable. On one occasion, they cursed at me and Dr. Kaplan made them apologize to me in person. During my last visit for a seizure, I was confronted aggressively by the front desk for not completing my annual physical, which they claimed would reflect poorly on Dr. Kaplan for MDVIP standards. He often had to apologize for his staff's behavior, errors and mistakes they continued to make. Even calling in incorrect medication and misplacing medical records. It was a bad experience overall and I hope this review helps other save their time and money.

OUTSTANDING doctor and care
Amazing. My parents use Dr. Kaplan as an PC/internal medicine via a concierge doctor service. I can't say enough good things about him and his team. They're response times are amazing, they call to check in after any hospitalization/event/service. He's well measured in his recommendations, seems not only well educated and extremely professional but also caring - which is a VERY rare combo and balance to find. I'm also a healthcare professional, and I greatly respect Dr. Kaplan's approach to recommendations in my parent's care. I wish the world had more doctors like Dr. Kaplan - but I feel lucky my family members found him & are in his care.

This summer, I was in the beautiful mountains of the Blue Ridge. One night while sitting next to a fire pit with my friends and family, I started having sharp pains in my lower left side of my abdomen, My wife took me to the local hospital and they did a C-scan. After spending the night, I spoke to the surgeon and he told me I had a hole in my intestines and most likely would have surgery that day. At this point, I had my wife call Dr Brian Kaplan out of Boca Raton Florida who has always made me comfortable when in his office or on the phone and gave top care and advice. Dr Kaplan returned her call 5 minutes later and said to get me to a better hospital if possible. My wife tried her absolute best to get me transferred but since this was happening at the same time as COVID-19, she was told repeatedly that no beds were available. Dr Kaplan had a friend at Duke who had me transfered to their hospital. After seven days on IV antibiotics I was able to go home without surgery.

Dr Kaplan spoke more about his family and life then he listened to about my health. The only person Dr Kaplan cares about is himself. Beware of an egomaniac.

had been dealing with long haul what I assume to be COVID symptoms for 8 months. I met with Dr Kaplan and explained that in the first couple months I would need a little attention because I have been suffering a lot. It has been the worst year of my life. He assured me he could help me and that he never gives up on his patients. I sent him $2200. Their office wouldn't see me for my first appointment until 1 MONTH LATER. This is concierge. Then, I got to my appointment and he walked in the office and said he had another patient outside that he had to see who had COVID and I would need to reschedule. I didn't cause any issues because I know what it's like to go through this- I was still going through this. I caused no issues. They rescheduled me the next week. I went in and the doctor never gave me any full physical examination- just listened to my heart and breathing and brought me in my office. He then told me his thinks I have chronic idiopathic urticaria. The immunologist had
