Excellent!
My husband met with Dr. Fay this morning for severe pain in his legs that are due to arthritis and disc degeneration & stenosis. Dr. Fay was extremely thorough in explaining and showing us why his pain was so bad and then thoroughly explaining his pain management options and answering all our questions! He was in no rush to get us out and was happy to explain everything until we understood everything and could decide which option my husband was most comfortable trying. I can't say enough nice things about him and his staff especially since that type of treatment is very difficult to find in this day and age! Highly recommend him!!!!!

Dr. Fay wrote me a letter saying that he didn't want me to be his patient anymore. He didn't reveal the reason.

Poor service!
Poor service! I will not recommend this clinic. They never pick up the phone. I tried to contact with Dr. James Fay’s nurse on Tuesday 04/14/2022, she didn’t pick up the phone, then she called me back and said that she needs to get more information about my MRI and she will call me back in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, she didn’t call me back. Today is Monday 04/18/2022 I tried to call them in the morning and left voicemail but they didn’t call me back. If you want to fix your back fast find an other clinic. These guys don’t care about your pain!
