Doesn’t listen to patients
Unfortunately did not receive the best care, he chose to ignore my symptoms and said let’s wait a few weeks till they get worse when It was already worse. I was seen by another doctor after who said I needed treatment immediately. It’s a hit or miss at Kaiser when you receive good care or not.

I always have the feeling that Dr. Chou cares about me as a complete person. He always takes time to listen to my concerns and answer questions I have. I know that he is competent and knows what he is doing. I am in good hands under his care.
