Who’s the guy leaving with the bag of pills? I must have missed out that day! Kidding. I’ve been a patient for years and this office is run professionally. Of course there is a wait. Nobody would expect otherwise as pill mills were shut down and if you can find a quality doctor, you’re going to have to wait. Facts. His style is direct. Be ready for it. But he’s smart and that’s why you’re there, right? If you think you are going to BS your way to meds? Don’t bother. His back office staff is phenomenal. They are very kind. All of them. They remember all the details about everything. His billing staff needs to be fired or retrained by a someone who knows billing and coding. Pro tip: for the sake of your sanity, I’ll tell you this.. save all of your receipts and / or never pay in cash. They are - SHE IS ATROCIOUS.

Terrible experience, waited 3 hrs for him and when he came in to see me he stayed 2 minutes didn't explain anything, just told me to try a certain prescription and walked out!!! Rude acted like he could care less.. I wasted 3+ hours for nothing, waste of time!! :(. Nurse was nice but Dr was horrible.

I was a long time patient at his PH location, (5+yrs) b4 I moved out of state. My every visit, yes..his office was extremely busy-often times w/patients driving long distances to see him(he takes almost ALL insurances &waiting sometimes 2+ hours to see him. The patients sit in the lobby &discuss this amongst each other...newer pts. are usually shocked, his long time patients know this is common-yet, they keep coming back! Why, u ask? NO, he does NOT hand out any pills, nor have I seen anyone leave w/bags of pills (in all the yrs I went there.) YES, he does prescribe pain meds-he's a neurologist & this IS a pain management office...so, yeah, he does prescribe meds. He will, offer alternative treatments (trigger point injections, TENS, biofeedback, ect)..FIRST..then, only after does he prescribe meds. The last few yrs of my treatments...he checked the prescription database b4 every visit, &had random/often drug testing. I highly recommend. He's kind, listens &cares. He's worth the wait!

I was referred to Dr Libreros by Humana and he has been my pain magt dr for 4 years. YES his office is busy It w and yes the wait is long. BUT NO he does not hand out a bag of pills. His diagnostics found out why i was constantly falling. It is an autoimmune disorder that was fluffed off by my primary. Im not sure that these guys who posted here are ligit. Because I have never left there with a bag of pills, and I started seeing him in 2015. He always takes time with me if I have questions or concerns he is more than pleased to answer them. He is understanding and shows compasion when dealing with cronic pain. His office staff are efficient kind and considerate. I would recomend him as a neurologist pain mgt dr. and day

If you have nothing to do all day but sit in a waiting room for literally hours then leave w/a bag of pills, this is your guy. He literally screamed at me during my final office visit. “This is not a 7-11” What does that even mean? My appointment was scheduled for a procedure a month prior. The assistant that helped w/procedure had to leave due to a family emergency but noone called me to cancel, I drove over a hour to sit for several hours to be screamed at. He scared me so bad, I was shaking.

Dr. Libreros has been my pain management physician going on 2 years now, and he was able to diagnose and help manage all of my pain issues, and continues to do so on a monthly basis. He is competent, compassionate, and someone who understands that chronic pain is difficult to manage, yet he is up to the task. HE is a very intelligent Doctor. I would strongly recommend him as your doctor and his staff is warm and welcoming and always on top of all of your needs. Happy Patient Kimberly
