Limited exam
New doctor for me; won't go back. Last dermatologist I saw did a body scan to make sure there were no issues, but Dr. Tschen did not do this. If a thorough exam is not the norm, the exam seems incomplete. In fact, I made an appointment to see my prior doctor after this visit.I told Dr. Tschen I did not want to take oral medication, but he prescribed it anyway after assuring me it was fine. One pharmacy he used (25 miles away) has consistently terrible online reviews, so I cancelled that prescription. I cancelled the other two prescriptions as well (one of them was $70!) since I'm seeing a different doctor.Nice doctor and front desk nurse, but I won't go back as I don't feel this was a complete exam.
