Didn’t treat my condition
Telehealth
I saw Dr. Pak for mental health concerns. However, the level of care I received from this doctor was not up to par, being that I didn’t feel better emotionally or mentally after seeing Dr. Pak.

If I could give no stars I would. Very unprofessional, I refused the antidepressants being given to my daughter and I explained why when she asked. I was threatened that she will call DFACS on me. I hate I even sent her to this place for an evaluation. I told her it takes time for me daughter to to open up because a counselor went back sharing information after telling my daughter it was confidential unless life threatening then they have to report it. My daughter is shy and quiet and it takes some time for her to open up and talk to you. She has been in there less than 24hrs and I am sure she didn't spend the whole day with her and automatically want to place her on medication. So you threaten me by calling DFACS and telling me my daughter will not be calling me and then tell me you are hanging up on me? Really? I hope those calls are recorded.. if not, I have a witness that was sitting right here when you called and was on speaker phone.

I was a caregiver for a elderly lady who had Parkinson's disease, suicidal depression and a family history of schizophrenia. Her sleep patterns were erratic, suffered from paranoia , depression, & at times had aggressive behavior. She stopped eating & was admitted to Emory. By the Grace of God she was assigned Dr. Pak! We got so much more than we hoped for! He treated her sleeplessness and other symptoms. Her last 2 years of her life she could sleep & was in her right mind. God bless Dr. Pak.

Dr. Pak treated my mother for severe bipolar disorder. I think he is a good doctor but terrible on returning calls after dismissing her from hospital. She has had several side effects we were told to notify him of yet but we rarely got return call. When we tried scheduling followup visit to his office after her hospitalization we were told to find someone else. He totally lacks any human compassion and is strictly a clinician. We are desperately now looking for another psychiatrist for our mom.
