Grateful for Dr. Dhingra
Telehealth
I would like to take this time to express my gratitude towards Dr. Dhingra. I have been a patient of Dr. Dhingra for a year and I am extremely grateful I found her and her services. She has an excellent staff within her office who have always gone above and beyond to accommodate me and have been so patient with my crazy work hours. I am in a line of work that requires 60-65 hours a week on the job and I often struggle to keep appointments. Dr. Dhingra and her office have always been so flexible to work with me on scheduling and rescheduling appointments (with 24 hour notice for all your readers reading this review). However the biggest reason I am grateful for Dr. Dhingra is because she's not just a doctor who pushes pills around. She listens to my mental health struggles and works with me on my journey to achieve better mental health with suggestions and information suited to my situation. I thank Dr. Dhingra and her office staff (special shout out to Jackie in the office).

I've had a good experience with Dr. Dhingra as her patient for a few years now. Originally recommended by my colleague, I've found her to be no nonsense and I feel comfortable to ask her questions about treatment and medications.

Expert, reliable, and friendly support
Telehealth
I searched my options thoroughly before choosing Dr. Dhingra for my care. Her training and credentials surpassed the others on my list; when I met her for the first time, her warmth sealed the deal for me. Our regular appointments are brief (fifteen minutes) since I see someone else for talk therapy, but Dr. Dhingra always asks the right questions and answers mine from a broad knowledge base with genuine care. I’m grateful she’s my doc.

Empathic psychiatrist

Dr. Dhingra has been wonderful throughout my treatment course. She has been empathic, caring, and a great listener. Her officer coordinator has been a joy to work with. I would highly recommend her.

Not a good listener
Dr. Dhingra always interrupted me when I would answer her questions. She always used to gaslight me and say my internet connection was bad during our virtual appointments when it was really her internet. When she realized it, she never apologized. She is also extremely disorganized and forgetful as well. On multiple occasions she accused me of seeking controlled substances and making up my mental health disabilities, despite having my records right in front of her. Dr. Dhingra needs substantial work on her organization and needs to obtain listening skills to be a better provider because she has none of the two.

Continually moves appointments around to suit her
Extremely selfish. No regard for her patients' day to day lives. She cancels appointments out of the blue. Or moves them without asking you. It's insulting.

Dr. Dhingra is nice, but seems a bit inexperienced and disorganized. She doesn't seem to actively listen and asks questions that I've already answered. Also, it takes her more than 2 weeks to fill a prescription. I have called the office multiple times and still no prescription is filled.
