Great Experience
We love Dr Frigon. After my moms stroke, she was there and answered any questions we had. She pushed for my mother to get into inpatient therapy. Without that she would not have made the process she has after her stroke. I am very thankful for her..

This is the 3rd time my grandmother has visited this office/doctor. We ALWAYS wait 2 1/2-3 hours after our appointment time. She’s extremely rude and will not let you get a word out. I hate coming to her office. One of the worse neurologist I’ve ever met.

I went to her twice for multiple types of headaches. Both times she said it was TMJ and that I needed regular massages. I had TMJ before I had to have all my teeth pulled and haven't had any symptoms of it since. My migraines and tension headaches are very frequent but she blew it all off with zero tests and only brief discussion with me. I will not go back to her. Her office also charged me a full out of pocket visit cost when I had already met my deductible and insurance was paying 100%.

After waiting 2 1/2 hours past my husband's appointment. She was more concerned with the type of insurance rather than scheduling vital test needed for his doctors treating him for cancer! The office conditions were deplorable! One patient walked past waiting patients with his urine sample to present it to the same window people check in at!! We will not be returning. She was very unprofessional. No bedside manor, no compassion, arrogant.

Dr. Frigon performed a spinal tap on a relative who ended up with a staph infection. Instead of treating the obvious spinal injury, she decided to perform tests which caused my relative to have permanent damage.

This doctor has no compassion to help the patient get well. This is just a job for her and she is not a good representation of patient care. Her attitude is the worst when it comes to explaining your issue and what she is doing to help you get well.

Spent very little time with me and did not listen to my medical needs. There was very little room to sit in the waiting room an I was there for over two hours waiting and she spent less than 15 minutes with me once she saw me. I was very disappointed in the lack care and caring about my needs and my medical concerns. I will find another doctor for a second opinion and my continued treatment.
