Dr. Biton and his staff have been working on my case for several years. He is the first dr. To actually delve deeper into why I have seizures instead of just prescribing a drug and moving me on like an assembly line! I would recommend his office to anyone who has seizures!

PTSD
Daughter with Epilepsy who needed to change to a different medication for the seizures. Also suffers PTSD with Terrors. Dismissed her due to the fact that she couldn't control the PTSD and Terrors. They expected her to be a normal patient. Did not except the fact that she had other problems that they might have to work around. Did not want believe that she had no control and would not remember the attacks. Her seizure medication enhances the PTSD and Terrors. She is in desperate need of a change in her medication. Can't change it without the help of a Doctor. Please get us a Doctor who will help.

EXTREMELY rude older lady receptionist. The doctor is about as nice. They tried to bill me for someone with the same last name as me. Never got it fixed after speaking to them 20+ times. Dr. Biton is the perfect doctor for you if you want a shady, judgmental doctor that had absolutely no answers for my seizure disorder and he's supposedly a seizure specialist? He kept telling me the medication I was on wasn't a good anticonvulsant. I told him I was more than willing to try a new medication but never even gave recommendations much less switched my medications. If you want your time monumentally wasted, get treated like crap, and wait for hours to be seen....this is the the place for you! I wouldn't go back to him if he was the last neurologist on Earth.

I have been a patient with this doctor about a year. Despite all of the test and restrictions. I've complied without question. As to no result. While I haven't had seizures anymore. I believe my experience was a misdiagnosis. Medication didn't help even with meds I still had a few episodes. I believe there was a misinterpretation of multiple eeg test. After deciding to be done with the Dr. Visits I've still had no issues and have eliminated the inconvience of unnecessary test and wasting time.

Some of his test seem intrusive and unnecessary. My son had already been formally diagnosed with epilepsy early this year. He wore an EEG which recorded a seizer. Dr. Biton wanted to redo the study because the doctor in another state didn't give the actual tape of my son's brain activities during the seizer. So now my son is required to do another EEG three day with audio and video. I do believe they should tell people before they go that is a required. To my knowledge this is not standard

The only Neurologist able to correctly identify, treat and cure a neurological disorder and seizures I was born with. After over thirty years of unsuccessful treatments by countless other neurologists I begin seeing Dr Biton. Within three months of treatment and exams my epilepsy was completely under control with the help of medications and surgery. Have been seizure free for 23 plus years.
