He was very thorough when it came to our daughter and her procedure. We felt very comfortable. Everything went great, thank you.

Sadly, not a great experience. We were pushed off to seeing his PA for multiple follow ups. We had ongoing issues after surgery and he did not address them. We switched to Mass Eye and Ear, where they did an immediate surgery to fix the issue.

Don’t waste your time
This office is so poorly run, do not waste your time especially if you have a sick baby that you’re trying to help. It took us 1.5 months to get in for a consultation, I was there for 4 hours with my 15 month old because our appointments weren’t lined up (the NP even made a comment how fussy my baby was, after being there for 4 hours and missing her nap!) I was told my daughter needed surgery but to wait a week for the scheduling department to call me. I waited 2 weeks, no call. I then started calling and was given the run around for 2 additional weeks. I believe my phone calls were then screened as I was being sent directly to voicemail and couldn’t get through to anyone. I finally called a different office, had a consultation the very next day and my daughter had surgery just 2 weeks later - she was finally healthy! The new doctor was the nicest doctor I had ever encountered and her practice ran so smoothly. So mad I wasted 3 months with Children’s - don’t do it!

It is never easy to turn your baby over for surgery- I did so with complete trust in Dr Brodsky. As a physician myself, I researched our pedi ENT options and without hesitation would recommend him to others.

Dr. Brodsky is a phenomenal physician - we are lucky to have found him. My daughter has an unusual vertigo syndrome that no other physician was able to identify. He has worked diligently to find a solution and has greatly improved her quality of life. He is straight forward, honest, and responsive. We would highly recommend him.

Dr. Brodsky is an amazing doctor! He was patient, methodical and reassuring with my daughter's debilitating incapacitating vertigo. Every other doctor (and there were many, all over the country) gave up on her and told us they couldn't help her. Dr. Brodsky worked with us for 2 years, methodically and carefully until he found a lasting solution. He was always accessible and followed up with us nights, weekends & holidays -- whenever needed. He is everything one could ask for in a doctor - clear, patient, creative, brilliant, and has a fabulous bedside manner. He gave my daughter hope when we didn't have any. For that and everything else we are so grateful

I’m mystified by the negative reviews and the reviewer who called him pompous. Dr Brodsky had a very kind manner and was extremely informative. He could not have been more patient or more focused. So impressed with his knowledge and his manner.

While he has a more cut and dry personality, he certainly was efficient and well versed in otolarynthology. Our child had some of the largest tonsils this physician ever saw, and since surgery has been in excellent health, with no sleep apnea, or snoring. He also now has a better disposition and appetite. Dr. Brodsky did not hesitate to bring our child to surgery and we are grateful for his fast action.
