Dr. Snyder has always been extremely helpful and understanding. I highly recommend him.His staff is very nice and knowledge kind.

THE WORST PRACTITIONER AND OFFICE EVER!! Run away!! He does not hear you, his whole office will fail you. I leave every appointment in tears but struggle to find a new doctor that covers AHCCCS.

Good doctor. Terrible staff.
Dr Snider is a very nice doctor. Dedicates a lot of time to the patient. He is very compassionate and very amicable. The problem is his staff, especially the front desk staff. They are constantly rotating and no care is taken in hiring the right people. They are rude, helpless, and extremely disorganized. Some of them are plain scary. Piercings, face and neck tattoos, eating on the job, antagonistic. It's a shames since Dr Snider is such a good doctor.

Unbelievably terrible
Doctor himself is fine, but the office staff is so incredibly terrible that it truly amazes me. They are unorganized, rude, lack empathy and are honesty incompetent. 6 weeks of mistakes and a general lack of concern caused me to change offices after only being a patient for a few months. In addition he outsources his back office to India!! How is that even a thing for a small medical practice? Absolutely terrible. Stay away.
