Dr. Iman Ali, MD

First off all, impressions start with her staff and the look of her office. Excellent, professional, clean and a patient-only bathroom worthy of an expensive hotel. I was there for a total eye exam as part of a research study. After her tech did an initial exam and eye pressure, Dr. Ali worked me through all of the equipment including a Nikon device mapping my eyes without the need to medicinally dilate them. She then spent whatever time necessary to explain the results and just talk one person to another. Patients should feel welcomed and comfortable with this truly medical professional.

Dr and her staff are very respectful. Sometimes there's a wait in the waiting room but I don't care. Her experience and knowledge is worth the wait. She did an amazing job with both cataract surgery and was strongly recommended by my retina specialist after having retina detachment on both eyes. I strongly recommend Dr Ali

Dr. Iman Ali is the only eye doctor I will trust in the Fall River area. She will fight for her clients. She is very respectful and so are her staff. She has many clients and you may have to wait but she is certainly worth it. I have had her as my ophthalmologist since 2016 and there’s nobody like her. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Ali is an exceptional Ophthalmologist in every possible way. She is extremely personable, knowledgeable, kind, and soft spoken. She has a special je ne sais quoi about patient care and ALWAYS makes her patient feel comfortable and at ease. She makes sure that if I have any questions about my visit they are answered before I leave. I trust her knowledge and care totally. She is a true medical professional and deserves to be recognized as such.

Horrible experience with this doctor. First off, I waited about an hour each visit. I felt very rushed each time. She doesn’t explain things and seems to just make up a diagnosis to get you out the door. Will never step foot in this office again.

Waiting for 45 mins

In my opinion ...her patience is a blessing from above ...after years of being a patient ...I trusted her to perform my upper eye lid surgery (removal of sagging skin) ... I went in she made me soothing tea from Whole Foods ..(delicious) completely relaxed as she carefully removed the skin ...it came out beautifully ...I am always being judged as 37 ...I usually agree just to change the conversation ...thank you Dr.Ali .....Linda Rodriguez R.N.
