If I could leave a negative star review, I would and I never leave reviews. I’m disappointed with our experience at Dr. Darrat’s office. Our appointment felt rushed and impersonal, and we didn’t feel our concerns were fully heard or addressed. After waiting weeks for this appointment, Dr. Darrat only briefly examined my child’s mouth—no more than 10 seconds—and did not conduct a thorough oral assessment. It seemed like a decision was made based purely on our description of symptoms rather than a comprehensive evaluation.Additionally, I felt that Dr. Darrat lacked knowledge and understanding when it came to breastfeeding-related issues. It was disheartening that our concerns were dismissed so quickly without a more in-depth exploration of the issue. Weeks later we discovered and confirmed with her office that she has a lip tie. Her recommendation was to take it up with our pediatrician or a ped dentist. She doesn't care about patient resolution, she just wants to push you off to someo

No manners whatsoever, not a hello, nor concerns about why I was there with my son. Kept cutting me off and was just plain rude. Completely disregarded what the audiologist said, and she made up her own mind on what could be wrong. My son doesn’t like being held, but it needed to be done for her to check his ears, she couldn’t even give him a moment nor myself to adjust so I wouldn’t drop him. After releasing my son, he went on to grab some things, in which she spoke harshly to a 15-MONTH-old to not grab it, as if I wasn’t already getting up quickly to stop him. Ultimately, she was rude and unprofessional and I would not recommend her for children.

Rushed appt, little care for parent questions, no explanation of sleep study results, plugged my child's nose without my permission and had little skill to interact with pediatric patients. I do not recommend bringing a child to her.

Kept cutting me off during the appointment, my daughter was suffering an infected ear, she wouldn’t listen to my concerns until she checked out the ear. Unprofessional rude and judgemental doctor. I hope no other mom has to go through what I did. And she sent the meds to the wrong pharmacy, delaying therapy even more.

She saved my daughters life. Did surgery at 9 days old and again 2 weeks later! My daughter can breathe because of her! We've had nothing but amazing care since!! Id 100% recommend her!!! Truly a wonderful doctor and person!
