My husband just had his colonoscopy/endoscopy procedures this morning. I could not say enough good things about Dr. Shen. I went in the room with my husband during the "meet and greet". Dr. Shen has very good "bedside manners". He answered questions to our satisfaction. We came away with a good feeling. He was able to schedule my husband's colonoscopy very quickly since we mentioned thst we were going to go on a trip. Our daughter who is an NP is right when she chose Dr. Shen. We just talked to her and she is quite pleased. We will not hesitate to recommend Dr. Shen for G.I. needs. Five star rating out of five as the highest for Dr. Shen. Best wishes for continued success.

This office is top notch! It was easy to make an appointment, I didn't have to wait weeks or months to see the doctor. The office was clean, the staff was friendly, the doctor was patient and thorough. I didn't feel rushed and he listened to all of my concerns. I drive a little bit further than usual to come see Dr. Shen, but it is well worth it!
