I have been going to Dr Patel for 30 years. He has probably done 6 or more colonoscopies on me. He is the very best. Fast and totally painless.

Told me my stomach problems were "in my head." Went to get a second opinion and was diagnosed with gastroparesis. The staff always calls and changes appointment times and the nurse practitioner is insane. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF SERIOUS MEDICAL ATTENTION. Patel should be investigated.

I was very happy with the office visit (not with Patel, a PA I think) and my treatment at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. He came to see me in recovery and explain briefly what was found and what he thinks the biopsies would show. I was told that he likes to talk to the patient after the procedures if anything was found. He said I should have a follow up in three weeks. Because I didn't call right away. the follow up will be in five weeks.

This place has the worse customer service ever. They don’t care about their patient or their guess. Their manager treat people with no respect.!. Their staff are scared of their manager because they think they are above all. I don’t recommend anyone coming here. If they treat their staff and guess with disrespect then will treat their patient the same.

One of the worst doctor's I have ever dealt with. Not caring. Does not take the time with his patients.. Does not care about making sure required medication is filled. Was in the room less than 3 minutes and did not take the time to speak with me. 4 month's worth of nightmare stress. I am getting a different GI doc.
