SimonMed I just wasted the afternoon dealing with your 63rd street and main mesa office. I went in for a code 93970 and after waiting 45 minutes was told I had to pay a 20% copay and was told that that is what is due with aarp plan. I told them I'm in asrs not aarp. Even though it says asrs on the card not aarp. I was told to call my insurance co. which I did and they said they had straighten it with simon med and I had zero copay. So I called the office and they said I had to call billing

Terrible customer service. Called over and over to try and book my appointment. Kept getting put on hold. Reservation systems were constantly not working. Took 1 week to get an appointment and then they could not see me soon despite the urgency of my condition. Equipment was broken at the locations near me so I had to go to the other side of town. Finally had to go to another provider. Finally had to go back to my
