Simon Med Imaging

My Doctor requested a CT scan so I received a text to make an appointment. I select the link fill out the forms & make the appointment. Then I receive phone calls that I need to make an appointment! I said I already made the appointment! The representative acted as if I never made an appointment even though it was online. Then he said he found the appointment for the wrong test. I had filled out all of the forms already which I explained, but he proceeded to ask all of the same questions I already answered. It appears there is a clear lack of communication within this organization. Also, the phone representative did not listen to what I told him. Clearly English was not his first language but that should not inhibit him from listening to me! I am not impressed with another contact with SimonMed Imaging. If there are other options, I will request them from the Doctor in the future. It feels like we are just a number that adds money to the big corporate bottom line.
