Dr. Houman Varghai, MD

In the beginning, more than 2 years now, Dr. Varghi has been a very good listener and concerning doctor as of a month or two ago, I had notice my past history and it stated medical issues that I wasn’t aware of or knew about. So I called the doctor to ask about the past history, I missed his call and I called back and left him a voicemail asking him to call me back. As of today, 5/19/2023, I have not heard from him.

Dr. Varghai has been a terrific medical provider. He has even called me personally to gain insight into my mental health needs, medication and referral a for psychiatry visit and therapy. I feel very blessed to have my healthcare in his hands and the great folks at UC Physicians Internal Medicine.

Dr. Varghai is very thorough and truly listens to my concerns. I never feel rushed or dismissed. I recommended Dr. Vargai to my husband and now he is a patient, too.

He is a horrible doctor I try to get him to help me for years with my back. all he wanted to do was send me to therapy which didn't help. And I try to get him to get me an x-ray or MRI or anything and he wouldn't do it. All he did was push therapy. I am with a good doctor that actually cares about me who did MRIs and x-rays. And come to find out I have a cyst on my spine that if he would have done what he was supposed to have done we would have caught it earlier and I wouldn't be in this condition I am in. I can hardly walk sit or lay down my life is a living hell all because he would not give me an x-ray or MRI that would have caught this sooner. He is a horrible horrible doctor that only is in it for the money.

Dr. Varghai is always thoughtful, patient, thorough, intelligent in his remarks and very clear about his care for his patient. My favorite doctor.

Dr, Varghai is super thorough and friendly, can usually squeeze me into his schedule even within a day or two, which is amazing. He's very professional, yet friendly and goes out of his way to provide continuous care. He is sure to explain lab results, etc. and makes sure I understand what tests have been done and what their results are. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Varghai is excellent. He pays attention and explains everything very well, is kind, and Dr. Varghai and his staff always make you feel very comfortable.

On my very first visit to Dr. Varghai office, he and his staff made me and my daughter feel very comfortable and listened to everything we had to say. I would totally recommend Dr. Varghai to my family and friends.

I am so glad I found a physician as caring and observant aso Dr. Varghai. He certainly knows what he is doing and cares about every patient he has.
