Excellent Doctor
I am a 63 year old woman. I had a GI procedure (EGD) performed on 12-18-23.Initially I saw her nurse practitioner, Sandra Hoover, in the office. She was very competent, and extremely kind. The women working the front desk were also very competent and extremely kind.I met Dr. Bownick just before the procedure. She was very competent, respectful, and extremely kind. She did an excellent job explaining the procedure to me and gave me the opportunity to ask questions.After the procedure she explained to me and my daughter how everything went. I was very pleased with how she managed the procedure by taking multiple samples of polyps and completely removing one. She was very thorough, including taking photographs of the inside of my stomach. She did an excellent job on the procedure and with explaining it to us, and again she gave me the opportunity to ask questions.I highly recommend Dr. Hillary Bownick. I wish I could give her 10 stars!

Great doctor
Dr. Bownik and her staff are wonderful. I see them frequently for my lifelong bowel issue. I can’t say enough great things about her and her outstanding practice.

My first experience with Dr. Bownick was my colonoscopy, when she went over everything with me very carefully and put me at ease. In my appointments for my gastro problems, she discussed them thoroughly with me and prescribed treatment. I have to say that by my second appointment, everything she prescribed had made a complete positive change in dealing with my problems and continue to make each day the best I've had in recent memory. I do strongly recommend her,
