Dr. John Sun, MD

Dr. Sun not only misdiagnosed me but also had me on medication for the wrong condition for years. He insisted with absolute certainty that I had Crohn’s disease, telling me my "best hope" was remission and that I’d be stuck with the condition for life. His poor bedside manner only made the experience worse. Now, after seeing multiple doctors over the past five years, two specialists have confirmed I do not have Crohn’s—instead, I have eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), a manageable and treatable condition. Because of Dr. Sun’s negligence, I lost five years of my life that I could have spent healthy. This isn’t a smear campaign—it’s a warning. His careless diagnosis, lack of attention, and dismissive attitude caused me years of unnecessary pain. I strongly advise others to seek a second (or third) opinion before trusting his assessments.

my experience with front desk was amazing, i had insurance issues, i had it but it didn't cross over to the correct dept, i wanted to be seen versus later, i was feeling that bad, they found a date that worked for me, they also called insurance company to confirm issues and resolved them. having a team that starts with the phone call and then appt is key, i'm sure the receptionists are busy on a million calls, but i cldnt tell.
