he is the worst careless Dr I have ever met, since the first time I met him I can tell he does not like and respect his job. long for short he is so irresponsible his job,my medical form from DMV need him sign, I pass the form to him after 3 weeks still lay on his office not sign, even though I called a few times to his office , no use. Till I went to his office still no use , no time to signed. till the office manager begged him ,then it took 4 hours I waited there he signed the medical form. he did not let his assistant inform me I had follow up appointment,. after I missed the appointment, I went there to ask "do I have any follow up appointment ? He receptionist to me I missed it. I asked why not remind me , the receptionist said you should check it by yourself over the mycare account on EL Health.
