Raj Gupta -Apr 2024
Zero star if available. Practice not recommended. Very unhappy experience. Another patient’s testing was in my file. Migraine injections were extremely painful and bloody. Each injection site was rubbed in after which causes treatment to migrate to other areas. Dr teaching unknown person without my consent. Ongoing billing issues. Calls and messages never responded to. Itemized receipts not provided. Patients not allowed to speak to office manager, billing, or doctor.

Terrible office stuff, careless, not professional, do not respond to the messages, making appointment with different doctor, and when you almost to come you find that they scheduled you with another doctor. More than 7 mo, I wasn’t able to see Dr. Gupta. Months, years l am living with terrible neuropathy pain. I was recommended by my friend to see Dr. Gupta, but I never did, because of lying stuff. I am going to file complaint with DCA. I never seen Dr. Gupta, and do not know his professional qualities, but he is still responsible for the actions of his staff. As a patient I have my rights and as a Dr. He has his responsibilities. It is my life, my pain, my suffering, but I might get help months ago to ease my pain…

Dr. Kumar was very happy to submit the paperwork to let the DOT know my husband could not drive as he had a seizure- 1 seizure in 61yrs. Yet he couldn't seem to get around to submitting the bill to the insurance company. So for the past 6yrs we have been repeatedly hounded by creditors insisting that we pay the bill that has now increased at least 10 fold because of interest. The ONLY reason it wasn't paid in the 1st place is because Dr. Kumar did not submit it to insurance! I'm not talking about Medi-cal or some type of insurance like that- I'm talking about Grade A Health Insurance. So we just got off the phone, once again, with another new creditor that has bought the bill trying to get us to pay the exorbitant fee... because Dr. Kumar never sent it to the insurance company & instead apparently wanted cash. That was never discussed, agreed upon, asked, told, nothing. Dr. Kumar- you will NEVER get paid I promise you that. You want to act shifty, that's fine, we know that game too.

He was a wonderful doctor it's just that I couldn't pay $95.00 every time I had to see him I would have to pay $95.00 just to see him I think that it's outrageous to pay that money when you are on low income payment. They should come up with a payment plan for people who can't afford it.

I had consulted Dr Raj Kumar couple of months back. Dr Raj is professional in his approach. He was thorough in diagnosing the pain and took time in explaining the cause. The receptionist was really friendly and she were able to accommodate the appointment at the earliest. Getting the medication from the pharmacy was really easy and simple as well. I would definitely recommend him.

If I could give him and his office no stars, I would. I had a HORRIBLE experience with these people. I gor the necessary tests done and received a diagnosis, which was then sent to my instance. However, the diagnosis that I was given and the one they sent to my insurance company were different and my insurance denied the meds. I spent two and a half months trying to get this office to resubmit the diagnosis and they never did. They even told the drug company that my case was closed. Disgusting.
