Pleasant and Hands-on
Dr. Stubbe is very professional and spends time with patients. He has missed some significant problems in the early stages when it would have been possible to treat them. Not all the staff at the facility are friendly. Some of the staff that work under Stubbe, who you may be referred to if you need an immediate appointment, are not nearly as effective as he is. The majority of the time, Dr. Stubbe gets the diagnosis correct and the medication correct. Also, unlike many GPs these days he does not send you to a specialist for everything. He is quite capable of doing many procedures himself with saves time and money.

I have been with Dr. Stubbe for a number of years. I am very comfortable with him. He takes the time to talk with you about yoyr test results and any other matters you are concerned about. He is very busy and it is hard to make an appt. Carolina is very good as well. If you leave a message, his nurse will get to you as well over the phone.

Horrible Customer Service! I had an appointment scheduled for March-15th at 8am with Dr Stubbe for many months. As I get to the Dr's office I'm told he was not in today and someone left me a voice mail on the 9th to reschedule. One voice mail, that's all. MY OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS CHANNEL IS MY CHART! That is what Cleveland Clinic tells me. My blood exams are very worrying! When will I be rescheduled? I hope immediately.

I'm SO sad that my new health insurance is not been accepted in Dr. Stubbe's office. :-( He is the best, friendly but professional, relax mode, explain in detail so you are able to understand, staff is professional, nurse call you when need it. I will miss him very much.
