Dr. Pedro Hernandez, MD

I was very frustrated with the medical care, or lack of care, that I had received in the past. Doctors were dismissive, and my concerns were brushed off. Dr. Hernandez actually listened to my concerns and addressed them. He was thorough and attentive. Highly recommend.

the office in Boca Raton, 1) the girls in the office watching something in the Ipot, the Dr note said I have diabitis and kidney disease,I DONT HAVE THAT AT ALL, office always empty, and they say over the phone no walk inns office is full of patients, is terrible their manners and when dr told the gir to make a referral she answered so bad to him, never never went to a horrible office. Now they dont want to change my history of kidney and diabitis. Please dont make the mistake to go this office, I made a complain to Aetna, but is like who cares.

Horrific

Dr. Hernandez has poor bedside manners. He speaks horribly to patients especially to the elderly when they visit alone. If you are researching for your parent, please do not go to his office. El doctor Hernandez no le habla bien a sus pacientes, especialmente cuando los pacientes son mayores y visitan su consultorio solos. Si usted esta buscando un medico para un familiar, por favor evite su oficina.

Staff is uneducated and rude. Not sure of one of the receptionist’s name but she has a major attitude and talks to you really condescending. Dr is unprofessional. In the waiting room Dr. started to talk to the receptionist about a patient’s diagnosis loudly (how the patient needed a liver scan to check his cirrhosis) we heard everything clearly. After blood test and fecal tests completed I was later told they lost my fecal test that I brought in and that the blood tests were sent incompleted.

He is a very compasionate, polite, attentive and professional doctor. Always ready to help, to explain, he has a great spirit and spends time to listem and solve problems
